Arm laser hair removal in Chelsea
Forearms, upper arms, full arms, hands and fingers. Ideal if your arm hair is dark enough to notice in short sleeves.
- Free patch test first
- Laser, not IPL
- Same specialist every visit

How treatment works
Arm hair is usually finer than leg hair. Dark arm hair responds well; light or very fine hair may not, and Irina will tell you before you book a course.
Treating full arms in one session takes about 45 minutes and costs less than booking forearms and upper arms separately.
Who it suits
- Dark or medium arm hair
- Anyone who shaves or waxes their arms
- Clients whose hand and finger hair is noticeable
Laser works on hair that has pigment. Grey, white, red and very fine blonde hair usually does not respond; for those we offer The Smooth System.

Before and after your session
Before
- Shave the area the day before. Do not wax, pluck, thread or use epilators for 4 to 6 weeks beforehand, because the laser needs the hair root in place.
- Avoid sunbathing, sunbeds and fake tan for 2 weeks before. Tell us if you have a holiday booked.
- Come with clean skin: no deodorant, creams or make-up on the area.
After
- Mild redness or warmth usually settles within a few hours.
- For 24 to 48 hours skip hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and hard workouts.
- Use SPF 30 or higher on exposed areas and keep shaving between sessions, never waxing.
- Treated hairs shed over 1 to 3 weeks. This is normal, not regrowth.

Questions clients ask
Will shaving my arms make the hair thicker?
No. Shaving does not change the follicle. It cuts hair at an angle so regrowth feels blunter. Between laser sessions, shaving is the right thing to do.
Are hands and fingers worth treating?
If the hair is dark, yes. They are quick areas, often added to a full arm session.
Do I need to avoid the sun?
Yes, for 2 weeks before and after. Arms catch the sun easily, so use SPF 30 or higher during your course.
