How treatment works
The laser sends short pulses of light into the hair follicle. The pigment in the hair absorbs that light as heat, which damages the follicle’s ability to grow a new hair.
Only hairs in their active growth phase respond at any one time, so the result builds over a course. Underarm hair is usually dark and coarse, which is exactly the kind of hair laser treats best.

Courses: pay for 5 sessions and the 6th is free, or pay for 6 and get 2 more free. Prices are per area and come straight from our booking system.
Most clients need 6 to 8 sessions about 4 to 6 weeks apart. Results vary with hair colour, skin type and hormones, and a top-up now and then keeps the area smooth.

Before and after your session
Before
- Shave the area the day before. Do not wax, pluck, thread or use epilators for 4 to 6 weeks beforehand, because the laser needs the hair root in place.
- Avoid sunbathing, sunbeds and fake tan for 2 weeks before. Tell us if you have a holiday booked.
- Come with clean skin: no deodorant, creams or make-up on the area.
After
- Mild redness or warmth usually settles within a few hours.
- For 24 to 48 hours skip hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and hard workouts.
- Use SPF 30 or higher on exposed areas and keep shaving between sessions, never waxing.
- Treated hairs shed over 1 to 3 weeks. This is normal, not regrowth.

Questions clients ask
Does underarm laser hurt?
Most people describe a warm snap, like a rubber band. The handpiece has a cooling tip, and the underarm is a small area, so the session is over in about 15 minutes.
Can I wear deodorant afterwards?
Wait until the next morning. Use a fragrance-free deodorant for the first few days if your skin feels sensitive.
When will I see a difference?
Treated hairs shed in the 1 to 3 weeks after each session. Most clients notice slower, patchier regrowth after 2 or 3 sessions.
Is it suitable for darker skin?
Our diode laser is designed for a wide range of skin tones. Your free patch test lets Irina choose safe settings for your skin before the first session.
