Cancellations
- 48 hours’ notice or more: no charge, and you can move your appointment or have your payment for it refunded.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice or not attending: the deposit or pre-paid session is kept, and on a course that session is used up.
Changing your mind
- If you book online, you have 14 days to cancel under UK consumer law. If you ask us to start treatment within those 14 days, we may deduct the value of any sessions already received.
- If you change your mind about a course within 14 days and no sessions have been used, we will refund you in full.
- After 14 days, talk to us about any unused course sessions and we will look at the options with you.
Treatments already received
We do not refund treatments already received, because results depend on hair, skin and hormones and vary from person to person. If you are unhappy with a session, tell us so we can review it.
Medical reasons
If a doctor advises you not to continue a course, send us a letter or note and we will refund the unused sessions, calculated at the single-session price for the sessions you have had.
