How treatment works
Back hair is coarse and dark on most men, which is the kind of hair laser treats best. A whole back session takes about 45 minutes.
Packages that combine the back with shoulders and upper arms cost less than booking each area on its own.

Laser works on hair that has pigment. Grey, white, red and very fine blonde hair usually does not respond; for those we offer The Smooth System.

Courses: pay for 5 sessions and the 6th is free, or pay for 6 and get 2 more free. Prices are per area and come straight from our booking system.
Usually 6 to 8 sessions 6 to 8 weeks apart. Some men need a top-up once or twice a year.

Before and after your session
Before
- Shave the area the day before. Do not wax, pluck, thread or use epilators for 4 to 6 weeks beforehand, because the laser needs the hair root in place.
- Avoid sunbathing, sunbeds and fake tan for 2 weeks before. Tell us if you have a holiday booked.
- Come with clean skin: no deodorant, creams or make-up on the area.
After
- Mild redness or warmth usually settles within a few hours.
- For 24 to 48 hours skip hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and hard workouts.
- Use SPF 30 or higher on exposed areas and keep shaving between sessions, never waxing.
- Treated hairs shed over 1 to 3 weeks. This is normal, not regrowth.

Tell us when you book. We will trim and prepare the area at the start of the appointment.
How long before I see results?
Treated hairs shed within 1 to 3 weeks. Most men see much thinner regrowth after 3 sessions.
Can I go to the gym afterwards?
Wait 24 to 48 hours. Heat and sweat can irritate freshly treated skin.
